Job Description: Are you looking for a rewarding opportunity to work with youth with special needs? We are seeking passionate and reliable workers to provide daily wellness to individuals on the autism spectrum.

The full-time hourly role necessitates a minimum AA degree in a relevant field, a high school diploma, or the equivalent, along with at least three years of direct care experience for artistic youth with dual diagnoses.

• A valid driver’s license and car insurance is required.
• The candidate must possess the ability to pass a CPS, state, and federal background check upon hiring.
• The candidate must possess the capability to maintain a regular timetable during the week and on holidays when necessary.
• Some shifts might include over 8 hours.
