MedStar Union Memorial Hospital Flo Pool Highlights

• Flo to a variety of primarily cardiovascular and critical care units, but could include Med Surg and ICU Stepdown units
• Pay based on working experience as a nurse plus hourly flo pool differential, evening differential (from 3-7p), weekend differential, hourly charge/preceptor pay.

Available Roles & Requirements

• PRN Days
• Minimum of four 12-hour shifts in 6 weeks
• Minimum of 2 weekend shifts per 6 weeks (out of the 4 shifts)
• 2 holidays per year
• 1 hard-to-fill shifts per year

Key Responsibilities

As a Clinical Nurse, you will provide skilled, compassione care to pients and families across a spectrum of needs—from routine to highly complex. You will assess evolving pient conditions, identify actual and potential health concerns, and develop approprie care plans. Interventions may be delivered directly or coordined through collaborion with other members of the nursing team

Qualificions

• ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing required.
• 2+ years of RN experience required; least 2+ years of Critical Care/ICU RN experience strongly preferred.
• Active MD RN License or Active Compact Ste RN and Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers required (AHA or American Red Cross). ACLS & NIHSS highly preferred.
