JOB SUMMARY:

The Grace Medical Center Renal Dialysis Program provides innovive and urgent trement for end-stage renal disease pients. Our team is dediced to delivering prompt, ste-of-the-art care in a warm and welcoming environment. Trement is also provided for acute dialysis and peritoneal dialysis. The Dialysis Clinic is open Monday through Surday. The Renal Dialysis Nurse will work 10-hour shifts from approximely 5:30am–4:30pm.

• Demonstres ability to care for a variety of increasingly complex pients.
• Develops professional growth and strives to improve pient outcomes.  
• This position provides clinical direction to staff members and clinical pient care for a shift of pients in accordance with Grace Medical Center Healthcare Policies, Procedures and Guidelines, OSHA, CMS, federal, ste, and local regulions.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Current Maryland RN license required (Compact Licensure as applicable)
• Minimum of two years clinical nursing experience including a minimum of (12) months’ experience providing nursing care in med surge, critical care or emergency care.
• Current BLS certificion from the American Heart Associion
• CNN or CDN preferred
• Supervisory experience preferred; willingness, desire, and ability to supervise required
• Completed training program approved by the medical director and the governing body as required by CMS guidelines prior to opering the wer trement system
• Basic computer skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook as well as functional proficiency with Grace Medical Center specific applicion within 60 days of employment required
