How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Lead the care journey by serving as the primary coordinor for all clinical disciplines, ensuring every pient receives a seamless and well-integred experience in a high-acuity environment.

• Empower pient recovery by implementing and meticulously monitoring personalized care plans, acting decisively on changes in condition to ensure safety and clinical excellence.

• Execute clinical precision by accurely carrying out physician and nursing orders, transling complex medical plans into direct, high-quality bedside care.

• Bridge the transition to home by collaboring with the multidisciplinary team to assess and coordine discharge needs, ensuring pients are supported long after they leave the unit.

Wh minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certificion / Registrion:

Registered Nurse credentialed from the Maryland Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire de or job
transfer de required

One or more of the following required:
• Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire de or job transfer de.
American Heart Associion or American Red Cross accepted.
• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire de or job transfer de. American Heart
Associion or American Red Cross accepted.

• Pediric Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Associion or American Red Cross accepted.

Educion:

Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure time of
hire.
