This role involves a variety of tasks including client lead search, development, client intake and assessment, billing, and clerical duties, as well as caregiver search, interview, hiring, and coordination.

Responsibilities:

Conduct client lead search and development to expand our client base.
Handle client intake and assessment processes efficiently.
Manage billing tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
Perform clerical duties to ensure smooth office operations.
Source and coordinate interviews for caregivers including CNAs, CMTs/MTs, GNAs, LPNs, and RNs.
Assist in the hiring process of caregivers ensuring compliance with agency standards.
Requirements:

Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office Suite and database management.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in healthcare administration or a related field is preferred.
Knowledge of caregiver roles and certifications is a plus.
