About the Role
Join the dediced team Levindale Hospital’s High Intensity Care Unit (HICU), where you will provide skilled, compassione care to adult pients with complex medical needs. This includes pients requiring ventilor and pulmonary support, cardiac monitoring, and recovery from acute brain injuries.
As an LPN, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality care while collaboring with an interdisciplinary team to support optimal pient outcomes in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, pient-centered nursing care in accordance with established care plans and clinical guidelines
- Monitor, assess, and document pient conditions and progress
- Communice effectively with RNs, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team
- Educe and support pients and families, offering both clinical guidance and emotional care
- Maintain compliance with all regulory and organizional standards
Qualificions
- Active Maryland or Compact Ste LPN license
- Current BLS certificion (American Heart Associion required)
- Strong communicion, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment
