Monofilament Crimpers - About 20 1/2" long. [$20]
They are very clean, like new.
The markings at the end go up to 3/16" (see last 2 pictures) and the maximum hole size is actually 3/8".

Used to crimp connectors to attach wire cable for fencing and other applications. Read about the use of monofilament crimpers in general here:
