A deposit is required before build starts and is only refundable if I can not deliver finish product. Final payment is required when product is delivered. Will meet at Marly station mall. Delivery is available for $25.00. The raised garden beds can be delivered and assembled on location where you want for $35.00. Not responsible for leveling under raised garden beds.
