Strikes a perfect balance of being made of solid wood but it's not too heavy to lift & carry. Has functional storage area in the center. Structurally sound piece. Painted in an off-white with a lightly distressed finish to the paint in some spots. Easy to transport.

Existing door hardware can easily be switched out with a simple screwdriver, if buyer prefers to do so.
