90" L x 36" W 3-seat sleeper sofa with pull out mattress. Originally purchased from Bob's Discount Furniture for ~899.

There is minor fraying on the left-most cushion, that was discovered and repaired (See photo 2).

Comes from a clean, smoke-free home.

Currently stored in garage for easy pick-up (no stairs, can just pull up on driveway).

Located near Fulton, MD. ~450 OBO.
