This dining room table 4-seater set is in good condition. Only selling because we are moving. The glass is large and heavy, but the wooden table frame is manageable with one person. The glass is in pretty good shape, no chips but there are some light scratches that aren't very noticeable. The chair seats are in good condition but one could use a recovering/cleaning. Please see the last few images to see overviews of each chair's fabric.
