CUSTOMER PICKUP
If you'd prefer to pick up your item, you may do so at our Hyattsville, MD, Teterboro, NJ, or Chino, CA warehouses. Simply select 'I will pick up' at checkout and select your preferred date. Appointments are first come first serve.
LONG DISTANCE SHIPPING
We also offer long-distance delivery through trusted third party carriers. Please note that lead times and shipping prices will vary based on your location and number of items.
RETURNS
If you wish to return an item for any reason, you may reject it during delivery. We will refund your payment less your delivery fee during deliveries, or $20 per piece during customer pickups. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
