DVG is currently selling these plots at $4700 per plot, or two for $8000. Half price on the secondary market as people like me are looking to sell, so trust me when I tell you to buy on the secondary market - even if not from me. I’m selling $1800 each, or both for $3200.
Transactions must be completed AT DVG and notarized by their staff. Cash is king, but that's a lot of cash to walk around with, so a cashier's check or money order is good. Venmo and Zelle would work. Regardless of how you pay, it must happen at the same time that we execute the paperwork, to protect both you and me. If you pay my full asking price, I'll pay the $200 transfer fee that DVG charges. But anything less than full ask, and we'll split it half and half (that's traditional, per DVG).
Please note. DVG like all other graveyards have additional fees at the time of death and burial. Fees for coffins, interment, services, stones... I have not prepaid ANY of that. You're simply buying the deeded plot of land. You will get a deed and will be able to resell the same way I’m doing right now if you choose to.
