This is a SYSTOR 11-to-1 duplicator with 12 bays, and comes with a built-in hard drive which can hold disc images. The top reader and 1st burner have been removed because they were dead, and the remaining 10 burners are included. A few work, but most are intermittent and not 100% reliable, and most have been replaced over time with new burners. You would be doing the same.
