This is an incredible piece of American history this is a must have for any collector of antique radios. This Stewart Warner radio Model #01-6G4-3Z was manufactured in Chicago back in1939. This beautiful cabinet measures 30" high and the top measures16"x12". I have owned this radio for a couple of years and it is time to find it a new home for someone who really appreciates its value.
First the good. The cabinet is a finely crafted piece of furniture that recently had the finish restored to it's original beauty.All parts such as knobs and hardware are 100% original and in perfect shape.

Although the radio turns on, it needs to be repaired. the speaker is in poor shape and needs to be re-coned or replaced.
I had consulted a vintage radio repairman and he said it may cost a couple of hundred dollars to get back in original working order. This would be a perfect project for that audiophile out there.
