Vintage 1930's Tidbit Plate, Cross Line Hocking Yellow - $10 (Baltimore)

it's confusing to me who actually made this plate...Standard Glass or Hocking. Hocking bought 50% of Standard glass, and then in 1935, bought them out completely. Anyway, I know it is the Cross Line 351 Pattern.
Picture shows both sides of plate. The back side has a cross pattern in 3-D.
