We are seeking a Sous Chef to join our talented culinary team. The ideal candidate is an experienced line cook ready to advance or a sous chef eager to contribute to one of Maryland’s premier dining destinations.
Responsibilities include:
Supporting the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations
Leading and mentoring kitchen staff
Ensuring food quality, consistency, and cleanliness meet company standards
Assisting with prep, service, ordering, and inventory
Contributing to menu development and seasonal planning
Acting as chef in the Executive Chef’s absence
