Magooby’s Joke House, one of the largest comedy clubs in the country, is hiring a part-time host/hostess.
This is a fast-paced, high-energy environment. You’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, so being friendly, organized, and able to handle pressure is important.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting guests and managing the door
Answering phones
Seating customers
Keeping the lobby organized
Occasional errands as needed
Schedule:
2–3 shifts per week
Evening shifts (around 5 PM to close), Wednesday–Sunday
Must be available those nights, but you won’t be scheduled every day
Requirements:
Strong communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Outgoing, professional demeanor
Must have a car and be willing to run occasional errands
Reliable and punctual
