We’re expanding! After 5 beautiful years of serving our community with wellness and good vibes, Café 1908 is growing to include freshly brewed coffee, specialty teas, light on-the-go foods, and cozy Wi-Fi lounge space.
We’re looking for friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented baristas who care about quality, presentation, and creating an inviting customer experience.
✨ What You’ll Do:
Craft espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with care
Assist customers with menu selections and provide great service
Prepare and package light bites and snacks
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming café environment
Bring positive energy and a love for community
💫 What We’re Looking For:
Previous barista or café experience preferred (but not required — we’ll train the right person)
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
Passion for wellness, plants, and creating a calm atmosphere
