What the role looks like:
* Running your station with confidence, consistency, and with a sense of urgency
* Leading through action
* Helping train, guide, and support newer cooks
* Communicating clearly and keeping the line connected during service
* Maintaining high standards in prep, cleanliness, organization, and execution
* Catching details before they become problems
* Taking pride in building a stronger kitchen
