We are seeking a full-time line cook with a passion for food and a thirst for knowledge. Must be professional and able to prepare food to the chef's specifications and set up stations for our regularly changing menu. Qualified candidates will work with other team members in the kitchen to execute signature dishes and assist the chef with their daily tasks. Ideal prospects will be organized and self-motivated, with problem-solving skills. Experience is a plus, but not necessary. We are more than willing to train!
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Be able to follow recipes and execute them properly
-Be able to move quickly and perform under pressure
-Set up, stock, and maintain a clean workstation
-Have strong time management skills
-Be able to take direction, grow, and learn
-Maintain the level of quality set by the chef
