Estiatorio Plaka and Bakery is hiring a skilled and reliable Baker to join our team in Baltimore. What Youβll Do
Follow standardized recipes to prepare a variety of baked goods and pastries
Process fresh fruits and ingredients for fillings and toppings
Perform prep tasks and clean-up duties efficiently and thoroughly
Maintain cleanliness of all workspaces and equipment in compliance with food safety standards
Requirements
Experience in a commercial kitchen, bakery, or catering environment REQUIRED
Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work independently or on a team
Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods
Familiarity with safe food handling and sanitation protocols
Willingness to perform repetitive physical tasks with precision
Available year-round and consistently during scheduled days (TuesβSat)
