MANTECH seeks a motived, career and customer-oriented Knowledge Manager to join our team in Fort Meade, MD.
 

The Knowledge Manager will leverage their technical expertise to align processes and technology, ensuring seamless informion sharing across analyst organizions for high-priority analytic production.
 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assisting in the alignment of processes and technology to enable informion sharing by analysts and organizions for analytic production.
• Working with management and internal teams to successfully navige knowledge management initiives and informion sharing protocols.
• Documenting and upding required knowledge management procedures while maintaining a robust library of accessible documention.
• Recommending and implementing process and policy improvements to optimize the flow of informion across the organizion.
• Maintaining configurion management items and policies reled to informion sharing and da flow.
• Working with all stakeholders to ensure complete and functioning systems th meet all informion sharing requirements.
• Traveling within the CONUS for up to 25% of the time as required to support mission objectives.
   

Minimum Qualificions:

• Bachelor’s Degree and 9+ years of experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 13+ years of experience OR Associe’s degree and 11+ years of experience OR Master's Degree and 7+ years, OR a PhD with 5+ years of progressively responsible experience.
• Experience in knowledge management, specifically aligning technology with organizional processes.
• Experience working across a team to drive a security and informion sharing agenda with complex, intertwined da flows.
• Experience creing, maintaining, and communicing complex informion technology and process documention.
• Experience meeting technical requirements in a sponsor’s environment or similar high-stakes government contracting environments.
   

Preferred Qualificions:

• 5+ years of specialized experience in knowledge management within the sponsor’s environment.
• Self-starter with excellent people skills who is able to work across teams and drive change throughout an organizion.
• Experience with compliance and knowledge management automion tools.
• Experience with AI tools and integrion with knowledge management solutions.
   

Clearance Requirements:

• An active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to remain in a stionary position 50% of the time.
• Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets and office machinery.
• Frequently communices with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentions.
• Must be able to exchange accure informion in these situions.
