Position Summary

The Administrive Associe provides support to the indirect care of pients through clerical activities for the pient care units. Facilites communicions amongst the units. Unified by the core purpose of creing a healthier community one person a time, the members of the Division of Pient Care Services commit themselves to sustaining a culture focused on achieving optimal pient outcomes. Each employee is obliged to deliver highly reliable care while adhering to all Nional Pient Safety Goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Professionally interacts with pients, families, and health care team members. Efficiently collects da from pients and families.
• Promotes the successful operion of the unit by performing tasks under the direction of the charge nurse.
• Provides support to the indirect care of pients through clerical activities for the pient care units. Facilites communicions among the units.

Requirements:

• Entry level knowledge; basic employment skills;
• High School diploma or GED equivalent. 
• Medical terminology certifice preferred.
• One to three years of experience.
• Experience in Customer Service or Hospitality;
