Shall do an admission assessment of new IISS participants.
@ Shall evaluate and modify home environment to promote security, safety, and social growth.
@ Shall formulate and implement treatment plan for participant, review and update the treatment plan every 30 days, if needed.
@ Shall prepare a 6 month review of the IISS treatment plan
@ Shall document a preventive plan for crises management. Shall defuse crises, report and follow appropriate intervention.
@ Shall coordinate with other service providers and program regarding treatment.
@ Shall put in place a behavioral management plan and crisis management plan for autistic clients.
@ Shall be available on call for Backup professional support.
@ Shall train the Autism technicians to render appropriate intervention to a specific goal.
@ Shall review and ensure proper documentation by technicians for IISS participants.
@ Shall meet with the participant and family to review progress, on a monthly basis, and to evaluate tasks and goals of the participant.
@ Shall develop socialization plan for each participant in the home and community, as part of the care plan.
@ Shall observe the participant in the home setting.
@ Shall ensure that all participants receive appropriate Autism Waiver Services.
@ Shall have a valid certificate/license in one of the following: Special educator, Licensed Psychologist, Certified School Psychologist, Licensed Social Worker, Speech Therapist, Professional Counselor or Occupational Therapist.
