Jumoke Systems of Care is seeking residential counselors for our Baltimore City, Maryland, location to join our strong and dedicated team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and engaged.

Job Description: Are you looking for a rewarding opportunity to work with youth with special needs? We are seeking passionate and reliable individuals to provide daily wellness support to those on the autism spectrum.

The full-time hourly role requires a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, along with a minimum of three years of direct care experience working with artistic youth who have dual diagnoses.

• A valid driver’s license and car insurance are required.
• The candidate must possess the ability to pass a comprehensive background check, including state and federal checks, upon hiring.
• The candidate must possess the ability to maintain a regular schedule during the week and on holidays as needed.
• Some shifts may exceed 8 hours.
