Jumoke Systems of Care, Inc. is seeking residential counselors/direct care staff for our Baltimore City and Prince George's County locations to join our strong and dedicated team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and engaged; positions are in our Group Homes and Independent Living Programs.

Job Description: The full-time hourly role necessitates a minimum AA degree in a relevant field, a high-school diploma, or the equivalent, along with at least three years of direct care experience for autistic youth with dual diagnoses.

1. A valid driver’s license and car insurance are required

2. Must possess the ability to pass a CPS, state, and federal background check upon hiring.

3. Must possess the capability to maintain a regular timetable during the week and on holidays when necessary.

4. Some shifts may include over 8 hours.
