Little Italy restaurant and bar is looking for help with cleaning, dishwashing, and other tasks.
Temporary / part-time - but could lead to permanent position.
Location: Little Italy, Baltimore, MD
Pay: $16 to $18.00 / Hour
Schedule: Thursday, Friday and Saturday | 4:00 PM to midnight (approximately, will vary each night)
The Role:
We are a busy, family-owned Italian restaurant looking for a hardworking individual to join our team during our peak weekend hours. You will be helping with cleaning, dishwashing, bussing tables, organizing, and other tasks supporting the kitchen and bar staff.
Key Responsibilities:
-Dish & Glassware: Clean dishes, pots, and pans to keep the kitchen moving.
-Bussing: Help clear and reset tables quickly to keep the dining room flowing.
-Restocking: Ensure servers and chefs have the clean plates, silverware, and supplies they need at all times.
-End-of-Night Cleanup: Manage trash and recycling removal and ensure the workspace is clean and ready for the next day.
Requirements:
-Availability: Must be able to work evening hours, and show up to work consistently and reliably.
-Communication: Must be able to speak and understand English to coordinate with the kitchen and floor staff.
-Legal Status: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
-Physical Stamina: This is a high-energy role that requires being on your feet, lifting trays/bins, and moving quickly in a tight space.
-Reliability: We are a small team; we need someone we can count on every shift.
