🔑 RESPONSIBILITIES
• ✅ Live on-site and supervise residents
• ✅ Enforce curfews, house rules, and sobriety standards
• ✅ Conduct intakes, discharges, and walkthroughs
• ✅ Monitor medication and behavior
• ✅ Maintain logs and incident reports
• ✅ Respond to emergencies
• ✅ Keep the home clean, safe, and orderly
✅ REQUIREMENTS
• 💬 Strong communication and leadership
• 🧠 Lived experience in recovery preferred
• 📱 Basic tech skills
• 🧼 Professional, reliable, and organized
• 🔒 Able to maintain confidentiality
• 🧪 Must pass background check and drug screening
• 🏠 Must reside on-site full-time
