- Provide customer satisfaction through day to day support, processing and resolving issues.
- Continually provide quality customer service to all internal and external customers
- Assist with aged invoices and un-reconciled payments as necessary
- Work to resolve any payment and/or policy issues
- Undergraduate degree in accounting or similar field
- General accounting knowledge and experience
- Bilingual in Spanish, is a plus
- Proficient with Excel and Word
