•Follow approved scripts on outbound calls to ensure proper expectations have been set
•Use provided rebuttals to overcome objections during the appointment setting process
•Ensure all phone conversations with potential clients are professional and value added
•Obtain the required number of appointments per day
•Ensure quality of appointments set meets the standards set by the organization.
•Adhere to company attendance requirements
Qualifications and Skills
•Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
•Must be detail oriented
•Must have the ability to produce in a face paced environment
•Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
•Strong Communication Skills
