Our Team is seeking Customer Service Representatives to fill several positions in our customer enrollment center.
Duties for the position include (but are not limited to) :
• Responding to and resolving customer inquiries
•Speaking with customers over the phone as well as face to face enrolling qualified customers
• Complete all assigned quarterly, monthly and weekly reporting requirements, accurately and on-time reporting.
This Position requires individuals capable of:
• Breaking down information and providing feedback.
• Has strong oral / written communication and presentation skills.
