Quilter or experienced sewist needed to stitch large canvas artworks (Baltimore)

$30–$50/hr, depending on experience (or per-piece rate negotiable)

The work involves sewing multiple canvas panels (typically four pieces) into a single finished surface. Precision, straight seams, and comfort working with heavy material are important. This is closer to quilt construction than garment sewing.
Details:
• Paid contractor role (hourly or per-piece, open to discussion)
• Ongoing work available if it’s a good fit
• Can be done on-site at my studio or off-site from your home studio
• Flexible scheduling
Ideal experience:
• Quilting, textile arts, or heavy-duty sewing
• Experience with canvas or thick fabrics is a plus
• Comfort working carefully on artwork
