I am getting about 3-5 houses per week under contract and need a dedicated boots on the ground bird dog mostly in the 21217 area but also surrounding.
I need you to be able to do the following. Walk a property for me and take photos of the condition, as well as unboard properties when they are boarded up by the city (as we always get permission from seller before we ever send someone over to go inside or unboard it to be able to get in)
Bonus points if you have contracting experience (its always nice to have someone with a fresh set of eyes to give me feedback on how it looks as pictures can only serve me so much)
I am not looking for a professional photographer... anyone with a brain can take pictures of beat up houses... I dont need professional lighting or angles, just someone who can be quick and go check a property within 1-2 days of me calling you. please apply and negotiate your rate with me. I am happy to pay with any method of payment.
