ABOUT US:
- 100% Positive Customer Feedback that is Publicly Verifiable (see our eBay account with thousands of sales: https://www.ebay.com/usr/bit_49_llc?_trksid=p2047675.l2559)
- Stanford MBA at the helm
- In business since early 2017, mining since 2013, data center operations since 2009

IMPORTANT DETAILS:
- Cost of machine + Hosting includes the T17, the PSU, and shipping and taxes to locations in Russia.
- Yes, you own your machine. After your contract is done, you can continue to host at whatever the market rate is. You can also ship your machines back to your place of choice.
- Individual performance capacity may vary by machine.
- We credit you for any downtime below 99%.
- If you intend to place a large order, we're happy to facilitate a Skype video tour of the facility.
- You can send machines you already own to Russia as well (MOQ of 50 at a time if sent directly). Shipping costs to New York may vary. Shipping cost from New York to Moscow, Russia is $12/kg, and $40 for Moscow to Bratsk..
- Yes, you can have full VPN access to machines, but we require a minimum of 24 nodes (half a switch worth of ports).

REASONS TO HOST WITH US:
(1) HIGHER ROI.
- Run with the Bears and the Bulls: A mining hosting solution for either market. Pay $10-25 / month less than what you would pay to host domestically, locking in a lower projected payback and lowering risk of unprofitability. It's that simple.
- These are among the lowest hosting rates in a quality facility of which we are aware. That means you have a higher chance of outlasting others running the same machines.
(2) SAFETY.
Did your last hosting facility have a mall cop guarding the front door? Our facility is located in an industrial park with security guards. They won't be in the food court getting Orange Julius, instead of protecting your rigs.
(3) QUICK SET UP.
Get your devices up and running quickly! Anywhere from 400-1500 devices can be up and running within a few business days upon arrival at one of our hosting facilities. In practice, 10% of used machines come somewhat defective (a bad fan, a low hashing hashboard, a bad control board, etc.). But don’t worry: we typically draw from a stock of extra machines to make sure that you’re 100% operational, and we have a repair service in house as well.
(4) HANDS-FREE MINING.
We offer a fully-managed service. You sit back and relax. We monitor and fix any problem we can, short of irreparable failure. We charge reasonable prices for hardware fixes, and staff has been trained by Bitmain to be able to do various repairs on site.
(5) VERSATILITY.
We accept almost all kinds of ASIC-miners! Please reach out in advance to confirm that we are able to host your machine.
(6) NO QUANTITY MINIMUMS.
No quantity minimum for our buy+host plans. We work with small customers by aggregating demand and batching shipment abroad. Slightly higher pricing and delayed shipping until there is an aggregated shipping MOQ may apply.
(7) TRANSPARENCY.
Virtual or in-person tours available upon request (Quantity minimums may apply for some facilities).
(8) MAXIMAL UPTIME.
We have redundant internet service providers to help maximize uptime.
(9) SAFETY.
Though insured for theft, fire, natural disaster, and robbery by a large insurance conglomerate, our Russian facility has never had a reason to file a claim.
(10) EXPERTISE.
Our leadership team's bona fides include:
-(1) a freshly minted Stanford PhD in computer science who is a co-founder
-(2) a Stanford MBA graduate and Harvard JD candidate at the helm
-(3) a successful entrepreneur with over a decade of experience with data centers, including dozens of centers on over 5 continents who is a key partner;
-(4) nearly three years doing business in crypto mining
(11) HAPPY CUSTOMERS.
We have maintained 100% positive feedback on eBay over the last 2.5 years, where we've sold dozens of hosting contracts to customers. Morover, in 2019 alone, we sold nearly 10,000 machines worth of hosting and
(12) PAY HOW YOU PLEASE.
Paypal, Crypto, Bank Transfer, Credit Card, Debit -- just don't send Dogecoin.
- We accept all ASIC-mining devices! (We are currently hosting 15+ different kinds of ASICs and are highly experienced with many other types of machines)

Hosting FAQ

Q: Do you guarantee how much I’ll make?
A: No. While we want to provide our customers with a profitable opportunity, we are unable to predict or control elements such as price action and network difficulty. We provide you with ROI and payback statistics, but those are specific to the day they are pulled. They do not necessarily represent any period of time beyond when pulled. Profitability may fluctuate due to aforementioned factors. A change in profitability can affect ROI and payback period.

Q: Do you guarantee performance?
A: No, but we strive for high standards. We have found that some machines can maintain certains levels of performance, and some cannot. Even with new machines. Instead of offering a guarantee on terahash performance we offer a guaranteed hosting fee rate per terahash. This way you only pay for how your machine performs, and we only make money if you are making money.

Q: Can I pay by credit card?
A: Yes. We also accept crypto, Paypal, and ACH / bank transfers. We might accept gold bullion or coins recovered from sunken treasure chests (the non-cursed kind, please). However, we can't take trades for your sick rides (motorcycles, cars, etc.), old arcade machines, or vital organs. Also, no Dogecoin. Ain't nobody got time for that.

Q: How quickly will my machines go up?
A: We order machines in batches that tend to take 4 - 5 weeks to arrive once ordered. Once on site, we strive for as fast as humanly possible given constraints (~300 machines per business day has been our experience); once received at one of our facilities, machines typically go up in 1-3 business days. We're working on mutant powers to make that process faster, but until we reach Doctor Xavier-status, our current time frame will have to do. During demand spikes, we configure and install miners on a first-come, first-served basis, based on time of payment. But in our biggest facilities, this usually doesn't impact installation by more than a business day or two.

Q: Can I remote in to my miners?
A: Yes if you hit the quantity minimum of 24 nodes, for now. Depending on which of our facilities you choose. Otherwise, you can have view-only access, but not control of the miner. You have the ability to view rig temperatures, hashrate, as well as other stats all the way down to the hashboard / GPU in real time.

Q: Can I switch pools or coins?
A: Yes. Requests for coin change take 1-2 business days where remote access is not available. Otherwise, you can do it on your own.

Q: Can I do a month-to-month contract?
A: We have come to find that the customer journey is unique, from one miner to the next. Our goal is to find a contract term that will allow your mining objectives to flourish within our service offering. Traditionally, month-to-month contracts require some customized conditions, however, we are open to discussing that with the right situation. Check out our 100% positive seller feedback on eBay where we've sold hundreds of machines! https://www.ebay.com/usr/bit_49_llc

Q: Can I cancel my contract if things are unprofitable?
A: We are in the business of making you profitable. We'll work with you to make this a mutually profitable relationship as long as we can. Depending on the facility and the market, we may be able to.

Q: Is the monthly hosting fee an all-in cost or does it just cover electricity?
A: Yes! It covers not only electricity but maintenance and monitoring. We achieve low fees because of our industrial electric rate and operational efficiency.

Q: No really. What all is covered in your hosting service?
A: *Takes deep breath*
Electrical cost
Configuration
Maintenance
Troubleshooting
Unlimited Coin, Pool, and Wallet transitioning
Software updates
Facility amenities related to the health of your machine (Security, fans, etc.)
Insurance

Phew. That was a lot. We provide all of that for a tiny per kwH fee. How do we do it? If we told you, we'd have to kill you. And then we wouldn't make any money...so yeah, don't ask. Rest assured, we make a profit.

Notably, we don’t include free repairs for defective hashboards or control boards. Sometimes fixes are quick and easy. Other times, they’re not. Either way, we will do our best to charge you a fair market price.

Q: What if something breaks?
A:We monitor machines regularly. In the unfortunate event that a fan breaks, we can replace it relatively cheaply. Also, we inspect each machine upon arrival. If a machine has previously sustained significant damage, we notify you (noob overclockers, we're looking at you). If the machine reaches its end-of-life, the contract for that machine is terminated without penalty. We also have access to substantial repair options for serious damage for some major models. We've got you covered.

Q: I found a place that's much cheaper!
A: We call your bluff. (1) Our rates are very competitive--we've looked. (2) Cheap rates often mean cheap service, or rate hikes down the road. You get what you pay for.

Q: Can I buy equipment from Bit 49?
A: Yes! Bit 49 is in the business of you. Instead of gouging you on price, we strive to offer affordable entry into the world of mining. We have partnerships with a variety of top manufacturers, and of course you can buy a GPU-miner from us too. And by going with Bit 49, you can save on shipping costs by having your miners sent straight to our hosting facility.

Q: I'm understandably a skeptic. HOW DO I KNOW YOU WON'T STEAL OR SWAP MY MINER OUT?
A: Part of the reason we saw opportunity in this space, was the rampant scaminess, and incompetence. Companies like HashFlair, Genesis, and GigaWatt have done tremendous damage to the reputation of the mining industry, and we want to restore it. We are well aware of the issues, and know that we can't do it without your trust. We keep track of each machine by serial number, label each machine, and know each location. As well, we create an individual farm for each customer, with the exact list of their machines, as soon as we receive them. We are happy to take pictures and/or video chat to let you see for yourself.

Q: Can I come see the facility?
A: Of course! We have also facilitated Skype and FaceTime conversations. Come see us today! No joke. We'll give you a tour with almost no lead time.

Q: I love you so much that I'm going to ship you something before I even sign -- sound good?
A: No! We want to make sure your stuff survives. Upon signing a deal, we will send you shipping instructions.
