I have 20 years of computer experience, 5 years of business ownership in the past where I have helped a considerable amount of residents have ease with their computers. These are the following services I provide and more. I only charge a fee of what I do by hand, meaning I do not charge by the hour for several services. I hope to learn from you as much as I hope to teach you and help you.
Full System Analysis: $40.00. I assess your entire computer system for improvements, upgrades or replacement of parts if so warranted. I have advanced software that breaks each part of the computer components down.
System optimization: $65.00: However slow your computer is running, we know that over time, junk files accumulate and so a cleaning must be done of the system. I have professional safe software that does such.
Windows System install and Upgrade: $45.00
File and system backup and restore: $45.00
I can restore or backup your entire system or just your files. System Cloning as well. I can clone your entire drive to another drive for easier transitions.
Secure file and Hard drive or SSD Deletion: $40.00
When you delete your data by the delete function, data remains in different parts of the drive such as alternative streams and MFT locations. You have to securely wipe 7 times to make sure it is unrecoverable. I have professional secure Deletion software that makes sure all data is wiped securely beyond recoverable. Then I can either hand it back to you or dispose of it for you.
Printer Installation: $40.00
Virus Detection and removal: $80.00. I have several virus scanners and removers that can detect millions of types of viruses all at once and remove them.
Computer lessons: $30/hr. I have taught several people about computers for beginners into intermediate level users.
Website host creations: I have created a couple of websites for clients interested in starting their own business using either Wix, Go daddy, or other web hosting sites. Flat Fee or hourly fee negotiable
File recovery: $45
Software based recovery services I offer.
Data Transfer of files to another or new PC from the old computer: $45
Hardware replacement/repair: $100 plus cost of computer parts ordered.

I do not work on MacBooks or Linux-based systems, only Windows Operating systems. I also do not provide for business to business services, only residential.
