I'm a work-from-home Computer Contractor who has multiple contracts I'm working on.
I need someone to help me with the multitasking I do everyday.
I'm looking for a part-time secretary/executive assistant for the following tasks;
- Dictation (I speak, you type)
- Respond/Write-up emails, messages, etc.
- Take meeting minutes/notes/action items
- Set my schedule and agenda
- Be able to use MS Office, text editors, Slack, Google Hangouts, MS Teams, Zoom, etc.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Preferably local to Baltimore (21208 zipcode)
I am looking for the hours of 10am-3pm roughly Mon-Fri (+/- a day)
I'm flexible on rate, hours, and days of the week.
You will be working with me in my remote office.
You will be paid weekly by electronic cash (Venmo, CashApp, or Zelle)
