- Residential maintenance and repairs
- Completing unit turnovers and preventative maintenance
- Providing prompt, professional service to residents
You will work closely with contractors and internal staff while managing work orders, materials, and schedules.
M-F, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM schedule, with participation in an on-call rotation for emergencies and snow removal.
Candidates must be well-organized, have excellent communication, and have prior maintenance or trade experience.
