A significant silver coin from the Roman Republic and Empire. The denarius was the principal silver coin of Rome for about 500 years, introduced in 211 BC. I purchased this coin from an auction and they don't certify the coins, but this one looks uncirculated. Because it isn't graded it could be original or a very good replica with great attention to detail. I purchased it for a fair price, and I am selling it for a fair price. $38 B/O
