The coin features the profile of Emperor Augustus. The obverse of the coin shows a youthful portrait of Augustus, he was the first Roman leader to consistently mint coinage with his own image. The inscription "IMP CAESAR" refers to Imperator Caesar, a title held by Augustus. I purchased this coin from an auction and they don't certify the coins but it looks uncirculated.
