From the Republic of China. Issued by The People's Bank of China in 1949 (Year 38 of the Republic of China calendar) These banknotes are mostly collector items. It is identified as a Pick 851a in The Standard Catalog of World Paper Money. The banknote was printed in the intaglio process, which creates a noticeable embossing. All my Info. came Google. I won it from an auction, so it isn't certified but except for dirty edges it looks uncirculated. I won it for a fair price so I pass it on to you. $75
