It was struck using a high-relief proof die on a standard business-strike planchet meant for circulation. This coin has been authenticated and slabbed by ICG (Independent Coin Graders) as MS-64 (Mint State-64). Clean, wide spacing between the letters "E" and "S" in "STATES" on the reverse side.
