This coin has been graded by PCGS at MS-65 (Mint State-65) "Gem Uncirculated" a high-quality, with strong luster. Minted at Philadelphia Mint with 90% silver and 10% copper. The reverse shows clear details on the central torch and the flanking olive and oak branches. With it being struck at the Philadelphia Mint, it is considered the "Series Key" due to its lower mintage. $30
