This was a vital part of "Operation Wild Dog"- The Allied monetary system launched at the end of WWII to stabilize the local post-war economy. Catalog Reference-Pick #192a U.S. Printed Forbes Lithograph variety, featuring a 9-digit serial number and the secret "F" printer code hidden inside the ornamental scroll border framework.
