Calvert Street Station plaque turned into coffee table. The plaque describes some of the history of the Calvert Station. It is large and heavy.
We acquired this after moving onto Calvert Street in Baltimore. We were pleased to see this little piece of history saved.
This plaque indicates the station was begun in 1848 and completed in 1850. It acknowledges various railroad, state and city officials. The architect was also acknowledged. This is a great piece of local railroad history. It would be perfect for a railroad collection.
