Excellent condition slightly circulated 1994, Washington quarter that's double struck with doubling of the front, obverse, and rear, reverse, with date partially cut off.
I was told by an ANACS grader, at a show, that it's also broad struck partially out of collar. Some of the edge is missing the reeding, or grooves.
Once graded with the error and variety designations by a reputable company like PCGS, this coin will increase greatly in value.
