1943, Washington quarter with doubled Date and 'IN GOD WE TRUST' MOTTO matching the FS101 pics in the PCGS price guide and is graded MS66, by PCGS. Their listing has no record of an MS66, quarter being found with this variety of doubling, making this a Unicorn of sorts.
The doubling was not designated when graded, apparently the previous owner wasn't aware of it.
I cherrypicked it upon noticing the doubled date. But I don't have the spare change and patience to have it documented. Once PCGS designates the variety, the auction value will be astronomical.
My loss is your gain.
