Training Structure:
Most clients purchase packages of 10–20 sessions, with a quick sign-off after each session.
New Year Getting Started Special:
Purchase a 5-session package and receive 1 extra session free.
This allows us to train a couple of times per week over 3 weeks and make sure we’re a good fit.

Have equipment at home? Great.
Don’t have any? No problem — training can be adapted either way.
