The Melody Decanter comes with Charisma Cologne. A frosted glass bottle shaped like the angels' body and a topper shaped like the rest of the angel with wings and a gold plastic lyre. The little perfume missing has just disappeared over the many years. The plastic bag that the angel topper comes in is still sealed and never been opened, comes in original box. $12 B/O
