Outside Marketing Director

We are a $50 million dollar sales and marketing company specializing in selling and installing a premium line of home improvement projects to the residential market. We are a leader in our industry – top 20 nationwide.
We are seeking a qualified individual to oversee our outside marketers as well as manage and oversee our shows and events staff to generate sales appointments for our highly qualified sales team.

The individual we seek will oversee, manage, train, and hire entry level marketers that go door to door to develop leads with homeowners seeking information on home improvement projects from our professional consultants. We provide homeowners with free information and pricing for projects that are in “high demand”. Our industry as a whole is breaking records. We use existing customers to spread the word about our quality work to their neighbors. Our canvassers take advantage of the interest generated around the thousands of job sites we have already successfully completed.

We also set up displays throughout the territory at special events and to generate additional leads with prospects.
We have a proven system and script that works. Many of our canvassers and lead generators earn over $60K annually. We work in groups of 6-12 full-time individuals with each having a team leader. We provide them with vehicles, food, and drinks.

We are seeking someone to oversee the entire marketing group, 25-35 individuals, and hold them accountable for reaching their daily and weekly quotas.

The candidate we seek must have at least 5 years of proven leadership supervising outside marketing or door to door salespeople. They must be highly organized and be able to regularly recruit individuals to join our team to achieve our manpower goals. Ability to comprehend a CPM program and basic computer programs i.e., Excel spreadsheets and other performance reporting programs. Experience with big box store lead generators is a plus.
We offer a base salary of $50,000-$68,000. In addition, we offer bonuses and monthly incentives that should equal the base salary. This is a six-figure opportunity with plenty of growth opportunities. We also offer a complete health care plan with major medical, health, life, dental, and eye insurance provided. Must be willing to relocate.
